Train to Pike's Peak "These ladies were part of the delegation going to Sacramento, California for the National Convention. The ladies in the photo are members of the Indiana Chapter of War Mothers of WWI. They took a western trip by train and stopped for this excursion up Pike's Peak (1921). Katherine Seiberling is on the right end of the second row from the bottom. She is holding the fur piece that now belongs to the Howard County Museum. Angie Seiberling is the fourth lady from the right end of the second row." |
