Description |
Kokomo Police Department's first motor vehicle - a van built on a 1916 Haynes chassis. Two men are in the van; the man behind the wheel is believed to be Bert Etchison. Standing on the left, in front of the van is Barney Kelly, Chief of Police. On the extreme right is Eliza Duddy, the first police matron in Kokomo, and next to her is Dan Ford. See Notes Acc.
