Rev. Oliver B. Ransopher presenting a Dirilyte engraved plaque to C. V. Haworth at the annual dinner of the Howard County Historical Society in November 1965. Mrs. Mildred Norton Helmuth is standing next to Rev. Ransopher with a doll she made representing Chief Kokomo. This doll became the Howard County symbol of the Indiana Sesquicentennial 1816-1965. The plaque is in honor of the opening of the Indiana Sesquicentennial Observance in Howard County.
